Hi everyone!

We are SO excited to celebrate 3 years with you tomorrow! Below is the schedule for the evening—please read through carefully. We have over 100 people attending, so we want everything to run as smoothly as possible.

Class will be in STUDIO 3 (beige room with arched mirrors) located next to the “St James Place” sign in the center of the building. Click here for our studio room directions.

What to Wear
Please wear sneakers and bring water. You do not need to change into a separate pair tomorrow—just make sure to wipe your shoes at the door.

General Reminders
- Please arrive no earlier than your class door time to help us manage space.
- Cubbies are available in Studio 3 for your belongings. When you walk through the lobby arch past the front desk, take a left and you’ll find the cubbies.
- Please put your water bottles along shelf or on the floor under the big windows, in the back of the room. You can grab a sip of water in between songs throughout the class!
- Bathrooms will be available in Studio 3, as well as the building’s common area bathroom upstairs (go out the back door and go up the stairs until you see bathrooms).

We will have brand new merch available in the lobby of Studio 3!

Dance Cardio Class #1

4:00 PM – Doors Open
Arrive, mingle, and take photos.
You can also enter our raffle for a chance to win multiple prizes.

4:15 PM – Class Begins + Group Photo

5:00 PM – Class Ends
We will announce raffle winners at the end of class.

After class, you’re invited to head over to Studio 1 for light bites from Cafe Italia and refreshments. You’re welcome to stay and mingle as long as you’d like.

Please exit through the back door of Studio 3 (located by the bathroom) and walk through Studio 2 to access Studio 1.

We kindly ask that you do not share any surprises from class with anyone attending the 5:15 PM class—we want it to be just as exciting for them!

Dance Cardio Class #2

5:00 PM – Doors Open
Please note: Studio 3 will remain locked until the 4:15 PM class has finished. We have a few surprises we don’t want to spoil! If the earlier class runs slightly over, we may begin a few minutes late. You’re welcome to wait outside until the doors open.

5:15 PM – Class Begins + Group Photo

6:00 PM – Class Ends
We will announce raffle winners at the end of class.

After class, you’re invited to head over to Studio 1 for light bites from Cafe Italia and refreshments. You’re welcome to stay and mingle as long as you’d like.

Please exit through the back door of Studio 3 (located by the bathroom) and walk through Studio 2 to access Studio 1.

The event will wrap up at 7:30 PM.
