Bounce & Booty
Bounce & Booty is a high-energy class that alternates between the trampoline and the floor for a fun, lower body focused workout. You’ll bounce to the beat on the trampoline, then transition to targeted, banded glute work on the floor to sculpt and strengthen. Expect great music, a serious burn, and a playful vibe that leaves you feeling strong, lifted, and energized.

Bounce & Burn is a dynamic workout that alternates between high-energy trampoline cardio and targeted floor work designed to sculpt and strengthen the upper body. You’ll bounce to the beat on the trampoline, then transition to banded and dumbbell-based exercises targeting the arms, shoulders, back, and chest. Expect a fun, effective burn set to great music — leaving you feeling strong, toned, and energized.
Bounce & Bike
Bounce & Bike is our one-of-a-kind cardio class that combines the spin bike and trampoline for a dynamic, full-body workout. You’ll start with heart-pumping cycling intervals, riding to the beat, then transition to the trampoline for choreographed, rhythm-driven movement. Hip Hop Step
Hip Hop Step blends the energy of hip hop with the cardio intensity of step training. You’ll groove to the beat while learning beginner-friendly hip hop choreography using the step for an added challenge. Mat Pilates

In just 45 minutes, you’ll move through a seamless mix of cardio, strength, barre, Pilates, step, and yoga — all synced to the beat of the music. Cardio Kickboxing
