Reformer Pilates is coming to Vivant in May 2026.

We’re excited to introduce small-group classes designed to build strength, improve mobility, and create a deeper mind-body connection—all in a welcoming, accessible environment for every level.

Classes open for booking two weeks in advance.

Reformer I

This low-impact, strength-focused class is designed to teach you the fundamentals—proper form, alignment, and how to safely use the reformer machine. Movements are slower and more controlled, with a strong focus on building core strength, stability, and confidence.

Each class is led by our certified reformer Pilates instructors, who guide you step-by-step with hands-on coaching and clear instruction so you feel supported from the moment you walk in.

At Vivant, we believe reformer Pilates should be accessible—not intimidating. This class is a welcoming, judgment-free space where every body, level, and experience is celebrated.

Come learn the foundations, move with intention, and build strength from the inside out.

Reformer II

Reformer II is designed for clients who are ready to build on the foundations and move with more confidence and control.

This intermediate-level class introduces a more continuous flow, quicker transitions, and added layers of challenge to increase strength, coordination, and endurance. Expect more complex movement patterns while still maintaining the precision and control that reformer Pilates is known for.

Each class is led by our certified reformer Pilates instructors, who guide you with intentional cueing and hands-on coaching to ensure you’re moving safely and effectively.

While this class is more challenging, our focus remains the same—creating a supportive, inclusive space where every body feels strong and capable.

Recommended for clients who have taken Reformer I or have prior reformer experience.

Private Sessions

Experience Reformer Pilates in a completely personalized setting. Our private sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re brand new, returning from injury, or looking to deepen your practice.

Led by our certified Reformer Pilates instructors, each session is tailored to your goals, movement patterns, and pace. Expect intentional, hands-on guidance, customized programming, and a deeper understanding of your body with every session.

Perfect for beginners who want to build confidence before joining group classes, or for anyone looking for a more focused, results-driven experience.
